South Fork Landing is a 36 acre open space property located on 436th Avenue SE near I-90 exit 32 in North Bend. Si View Metro Parks purchased this property for a future community park through the 2018 Capital Bond proceeds and grant funding from the Conservation Futures program. The site previously housed a golf course, and offers tremendous potential for both active and passive recreation uses.
