Athletic Fields Status

Status of sports fields is updated daily during the active weather season. Updates are posted by 3:00 PM Monday–Friday.
For weekends with scheduled activity, morning field status is posted by 8:00 AM, and afternoon status is posted by 11:00 AM, unless special circumstances apply. Please refresh your browser to ensure you are viewing the latest information.

Field Rentals

Athletic fields at Si View Park, Torguson Park, and Tollgate Farm Park may be reserved for organized youth and adult sports groups. Reservations provide exclusive use of the ballfield during your permitted time, while surrounding park areas remain open to the public.

  • Si View Park: Two full‑size multi‑sport fields (soccer/lacrosse) and one youth baseball/softball field
  • Torguson Park: Five youth baseball/adult softball fields and one full-size soccer field
  • Tollgate Farm Park: Two cricket fields and two full-size soccer fields

When fields are prepped and signed CLOSED, do not enter the fields without a reservation. Field prep times vary depending on weather conditions and staff availability.

    Reservation Procedure
    To reserve athletic field space:
    • Complete and submit the appropriate Field Request Form.
    • Requests may be submitted through the online portal.
    • Downloadable fillable forms are also available below.
    • Weekend or non-business day requests must be submitted at least two weeks in advance.
    • A rental is confirmed only after the contract is signed and any required deposits are paid.
    • Please have your permit with you during your reservation.

    Your rental is not confirmed until all required paperwork and payments are complete.
