Full Time Positions:
Si View Metro Parks is seeking an energetic and organized Recreation Coordinator to support a wide range of aquatics programs, including community classes, outdoor water activities, and daily pool operations. This full-time, benefitted position plays a key role in delivering safe, high-quality aquatics experiences for our community.
About the Role:
Working under the Recreation Supervisor – Aquatics, the Coordinator provides hands-on operational leadership, supervises staff, leads and supports aquatic programs, oversees logistics, assists with customer service and registration, and contributes to program development and marketing. The role involves frequent interaction with the public and teamwork across departments.
What You Bring:
  • Experience planning, leading, and supporting aquatics programs
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to supervise, train, and support staff
  • Operational knowledge of aquatic safety standards
  • Proficiency with office software and recordkeeping
  • Related education and aquatic certifications (or ability to obtain)

Seasonal and Part-Time Positions:
Si View Metro Parks is seeking an enthusiastic, caring Recreation Leader to support our Before School Program for K 5 students at Si View Community Center in North Bend. Join a fun, collaborative team and help create a positive start to each child’s day! This position provides direct program leadership during before school hours, 6:30-9am, following the Snoqualmie Valley School District calendar. You'll lead engaging activities, support youth in a safe and welcoming environment, communicate with families, and help keep the program running smoothly.
We're Looking For:
  • Experience and enthusiasm for working with children
  • Ability to lead games, sports, arts & crafts, and more
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Looking for a part–time job to start your day strong? We're hiring for early‑morning pool shifts, including leading water aerobics classes!
You'll:
  • Keep swimmers safe
  • Teach water aerobics
  • Provide great customer service
  • Minimum age 16, 18 preferred
  • Help keep the pool clean and ready for the day
Requirements:
  • Age 15+
  • Lifeguard, CPR/AED, and First Aid certifications (training available)
Perfect for early risers who want active, meaningful work.
