Track and Cross Country

Welcome to Snoqualmie Valley Track Club! With support of enthusiastic volunteer coaches, we operate a spring-summer season track & field program and fall season cross country program. Our program focuses team building while working towards individual personal best in a positive environment. Both T & F and XC teams have opportunities to compete with other Eastside recreational programs. Come join the fun!

Snoqualmie Valley Track ClubThe Snoqualmie Valley Track Club cross country program provides a fun running environment for youth. Our 2020 team was coached by dedicated volunteers Jordan Hamm and Matt Freud setting an excellent example for youth with a goal of guiding participants toward their individual personal best. The program teaches the fundamentals of distance running, such as how to run more efficiently, pacing, and basic warm-up/cool-down strategies. While our season at South Fork Landing in North Bend was a bit different this season as team structure was kept smaller and meets against other eastside teams cancelled, our runners worked hard at each practice and put forth their best effort at a team race at the park. Keep up the good work runners!

All Comers Cross Country Meet

The Family Cross Country Meet is a great way to introduce families to the sport of cross country. Lace up your running shoes and bring the whole family for about 1-mile fun run at the park. You can run the course at your race pace or take your time and walk through the park grounds as you meander around the pond and through mature tree groves. Course will be well marked, and finish times and ribbons available for all. Dress for the weather. Please pre-register.

SVTC Cross Country Club

Each Fall, the Snoqualmie Valley Track Club hosts a cross-country season for youth. This Fall we look to compete with teams from Bellevue, Issaquah, Maple Valley and Auburn. The focus of this program is to guide participants towards their individual best effort working on running efficiency, pacing, and safe warm-up and cool-down routines. We practice twice a week, and meets are hosted on Sundays. We are always in need of volunteer coaches, please reach out if running is your passion!

Spring Break Track Camp

Join us for our 4-day clinic to kick off the track and field season. We will work on running events, both sprints and long distance, long jump and turbo javelin. Mini-meet will be hosted on the final day of the program! Dress for the weather, we run rain or shine.

Snoqualmie Valley Track Club

Our Junior Wildcat Track program is back for another summer season. Running events include distances from 25m to 1600m. Field events include long jump and turbo javelin. Meet schedules TBA, typically on Thursdays. Our teams is always in need of Volunteer Coaches to join our returning coaching list. Registration fee includes a club t-shirt.
