We offer a variety of course options for adults by experienced community instructors ready to help you reach your personal goals! Currently, all programs require pre-registration.

Trail Walks and Talks     

Join a Si View Commissioner and Si View staff member for a leisurely community walk to explore our parks and trails. Walks will be conversational pace, and routes may be adjusted to fit the group preference, all along our connected trail network. Strollers welcome, along with leashed pets! Be sure to pre-register for a route map and meeting location. "I enjoyed my walk the commissioners so much! I got to meander through our parks and discover a few new places, hear first-hand about projects, and express a few things that are important to me as I think about the future of recreation in the valley. Fitness Classes

Fitmates

Instructor: Michael Gaudio

Are you game for a challenge? Come workout with the Fitmates group! We will be torching calories, toning muscles, and building endurance, all in an energetic group setting with a challenge by choice approach. Come play games, and keep your body guessing with ever changing circuits and drills. Fitmates will keep you motivated and coming back for more!

Adult Yoga Class

Instructor: Judy Baldwin

This class is meant to help students who are new to Yoga, learn the basics for a solid yoga foundation and experienced yogis, an opportunity to practice the Ashtanga fundamentals. Yoga poses are broken down to give you the confidence and skills for alignment, breath work, strength and flexibility. Classes are held in-person and virtually for all students. Please bring a yoga mat if you are attending in-person (yoga block and strap encouraged). For virtual students prepare an area offsite that provides you enough space to workout.

Paddle Board Yoga Fitness

Instructor: Lindsay Lambert

Come build your Stand-Up Paddleboard foundational skills in a warm, calm, safe pool environment before it's time to go outside on the lakes, rivers or the ocean. We will cover entering and exiting the water safely, and fundamentals of fitness training on a stand-up paddleboard. No prior SUP experience required. Dress for a HOT yoga class. Equipment provided.

Si View Walking Club

Weekly walks are scheduled at various parks and trails throughout North Bend. Participants will have the opportunity to socialize while getting their steps in! Pre-register for route map and meeting locations.
