Si View Adult Health and Wellness

We offer a variety of course options for adults by experienced community instructors ready to help you reach your personal goals! These programs are a great opportunity to meet your local neighbors, build new friendships and community involvement while engaging in healthy activities. Early registration is encouraged as sometimes programs are cancelled because people wait to the last minute to register. Our registration process is based on trimesters: winter season January-April with registration opening mid-December, spring season May-August with registration opening mid-April, and fall season September-December with registration opening mid-August. For volunteer opportunities with Si View Metro Parks, please visit our Get Involved page

Community Walks with Commissioners

Join a Park District commissioner and Si View staff member for a walk to explore new and existing community parks and trails. This is a wonderful opportunity to get to know your commissioners and they will have the opportunity to hear directly from you while exploring local parks. These two-hours walks will be conversational pace, and routes may be adjusted to fit the group preference, all along our connected trail network. The March event includes a visit to our favorite playground with your toddler! Pre-registration required.

Each class is 45 minutes long and includes practice time with music. No partner required, leather soled shoes and casual dress recommended.
