We offer a variety of course options for adults by experienced community instructors ready to help you reach your personal goals! Most programs require pre-registration to secure a spot for you in the class. Classes that use punch passes are flexible for individuals with busy schedules as passes are valid for 6-months from the date of purchase.

PWR!Moves is a Parkinson's-specific exercise program designed to improve mobility, strength, and function. Each movement targets skills that commonly decline with PD and can be adapted to meet individual needs and abilities. Whether used in a group class or daily routine, PWR!Moves help reduce symptoms and support independence - empowering you to move better and live well! Come join our Adult Zumba classes that are designed to bring people together to have a fun work-out that feels like dancing! Zumba dances will be a combination of rhythmic dance and movement that target muscle building and cardio, all of which is at each individual's level and pace. We will engage in warm ups and warm downs with touches on stretching techniques. Each class will be filled with exciting, electric, dancing fun that will leave you feeling accomplished and connected! No classes are scheduled for 11/11 or 11/25. Drop in option: Zumba classes accept daily dropins, if the course has not sold out.

Join Aimee Arendsee of Indivara Sound and Healing Arts on a sound healing journey to help bring your mind, body and spirit into vibrational energetic balance. Experience deep relaxation into the theta meditation state enhanced by multiple crystal singing bowls, planetary tuned gongs, ocean drums and more. Sound healing has been shown to aid in the reduction of stress, blood pressure, anxiety and depression as well as stimulate and balance the immune, glandular and nervous systems. Please bring a water bottle, yoga mat/sleeping pad, blanket and pillow if desired. We generally allow a 15 minute segment at the end of our session to share your experience, hold space for others and ask questions.

Ashtanga Yoga, the "Eight Limbs of Yoga" is a slow flow, meditative physical practice. Yoga is a way of life which complements your belief system whether you are atheist, agnostic, spiritual or religious. The goals of this practice are to feel more relaxed and centered, flexible and strong and better able to take on all that your life entails. Practicing yoga together builds a strong support system and sense of belonging. The class levels are adapted to suit your experience with yoga, general health and conditioning. Calling all new parents! It is time to get outside and get moving with Stroller Striders. This walking group aims to bring together parents to socialize, encourage new friendships, and be active with their stroller bound children. We'll explore stroller friendly routes in and around local parks. Walks will happen every other Wednesday. Register now for email updates on routes and meeting locations.
Si View is excited to continue getting out and stepping with the Si View Walking Club! Walks will take place at various parks and trails throughout North Bend. Participants will have the opportunity to socialize while getting their steps in. Walks will be a blend of Si View staff lead and self lead.
