If Schools Are Open but Running Late
- Si View Administrative Office, Community Center, and Pool open at 11:00 AM.
- Before School Care operates from 8:00 AM until school begins.
- All programs scheduled to start before 11:00 AM are cancelled (including off-site programs).
- Programs scheduled for 11:00 AM or later will run as scheduled.
- If school buses operate on limited transportation routes, Si View Metro Parks van
transportation may be limited or cancelled.
If Schools Are Closed
- Before School Care is cancelled.
- All programs scheduled to begin before Noon are cancelled.
- A decision regarding late-afternoon and evening programs (including off-site programs)
will be made by Noon.
If Schools Close Early
- All evening programs and activities are cancelled, including off-site programs.
If Schools Cancel After-School Activities
- All Si View Metro Parks programs held at school sites are cancelled.
Non-School Day Facility Closures
- On days when school is not in session, the District Director or
designee will evaluate weather conditions and determine whether to
delay opening or close facilities. Decisions will be made at least two hours prior
to the start of a scheduled program, activity, or facility rental.
