Health and Wellness

Si View Health and Wellness programs offer a variety of year-round fitness classes as well as seasonal wellness courses. Our experienced instructors look forward to helping you reach your personal goals!

Drop-in classes do not require pre-registration. You can pay a drop-in fee for a single visit or purchase a punch pass for multiple visits. Passes are sold for 5 or 10 visits. Passes are sold per instructor and only valid for the classes the specific instructor offers. Punch passes can be purchased online or onsite.

Enrollment classes have limited class sizes and require pre-registration. Enrollment classes do not typically offer a drop-in option. Session length varies; please refer to class description for details. Register early to guarantee a spot.

Please bring a towel
and a water bottle to all fitness programs.

Drop-in Fitness Classes

Pre-registration is not required for drop-in classes. Pay as you go, or contact Si View Administrative Office at (425) 831-1900 to purchase a punch pass.

Fitmates Cross Training
Instructor: Minna Rudd

Are you game for a challenge? Come workout with the Fitmates group! Fitmates summer session meets mostly outdoors (weather permitting) torching calories, toning muscles and building endurance – all in an energetic group setting with a challenge by choice approach. Come play games, and keep your body guessing with ever changing circuits and drills. Fitmates will keep you motivated, and coming back for more! Learn more at Learn more at .

Belly Dancing
Instructor: Kathy Stuart

Women of all ages, sizes and inclinations are rediscovering and empowering themselves through the ancient, feminine dance practice playfully called “Belly Dancing”. The fluid and graceful movements help to tone and strengthen the back and abdominal muscles while improving posture and self-confidence. This class covers fundamentals as well as choreographing a dance. Dress for comfort. Teens, adults and seniors all are welcome. This is exercise for everyone!

Summer 2018

Instructor: Stephanie Merrow

This class is meant to help students who are new to Yoga, learn the basics for a solid yoga foundation and experienced yogis, an opportunity to practice the Ashtanga fundamentals. Yoga poses are broken down to give you the confidence and skills for alignment, breath work, strength and flexibility. Please bring a yoga mat (yoga block and strap encouraged).

Hatha Yoga – starts April 24th!
Instructor: Robin Leslie

In this Hatha Yoga class students flow from one yoga pose to another making it suitable for beginning to intermediate students. The purpose of this class is to incorporate the basic postures in a relaxed and enjoyable setting with a focus on correct body alignment and overall stretching of all the major muscle groups to improve and maintain body health, vitality, wellness and flexibility.

Show tunes, salsa, pop and more! Instructor Lisa O’Dell is excited to expand her relationship with Si View to provide another great fitness opportunity in the Snoqualmie Valley. Our goal is to move, sweat, and smile! Our fun and interactive class will be tailored to your needs. Come have fun with us while you get into shape!

Enrollment Classes

Indoor SUP Yoga
Instructor: Lindsay Lambert

Combine Yoga with Stand Up Paddle Boarding! These classes take your favorite yoga routines & put them on the water. Both yoga & stand up paddle boarding are great for building better balance, coordination, endurance, and strength! The course covers entering and exiting water safely, fundamentals of fitness on a stand up paddleboard, progressions and adding challenge to your routine. No prior yoga or SUP experience is required. Dress for a HOT yoga class. All necessary equipment is provided. Space is limited, pre-registration required.

Si View Striders

FREE!Walking is one of the most accessible forms of exercise with numerous benefits. Join our lunch time walking group as we explore different parks throughout the area. This will be an instant mood boost with fresh air and new friends! Si View staff will kick off the series with opportunity for a community member to become group leads. Additional days and time may be added based on interest. Please register for Si View Striders to receive walking group updates. This is a rain or shine activity – so dress for the weather! Active Living Every Day!

It is never too later to live a healthy lifestyle! Physical activity doesn’t need to be time consuming or strenuous to improve your health. We are excited to offer Active Living Every Day (ALED) classes, designed to help you make simple lifestyle changes to incorporate activity into your everyday life. If you’ve started and abandoned exercise programs in the past, these classes will give you the tools to:

  • Set realistic goals
  • Stay motivated

Adult Dance Classes

Ballroom Dancing - Adults
Instructor: John Gibson

Anyone can learn to partner dance and have fun on the dance floor. Swing “Jitterbug” dancing is one of the most fun and easiest to learn dances. This 5 week beginning course is for either those new to swing dancing or who are rusty and want to again start at the beginning. The upbeat, slowpaced class will cover the basics of partner swing dancing. Each class will include practice time with a variety of upbeat fun swing music. No previous partner dance experience is required. No partner is required and leather soled shoes are recommended.

Instructor: Cristie Coffing

You are never too old to make some noise! Let yourself go in this beginning/intermediate tap class! Learn basic steps and rhythms, traveling time steps and shuffles! Please wear comfortable clothing and bring your tap shoes the first day!

Join Our High Energy Fitness Class Instructor Team!

We have openings for fitness instructors teaching group format classes that are suitable for all fitness levels. Group fitness instructors are responsible for teaching all scheduled classes, beginning and ending on time, provide adequate warm-up, content and cool down period, prepare appropriate equipment and music for each class, maintain a positive experience for all participants, and help with promotion of classes. Limited equipment is available on site. Group fitness instructor certification preferred, CPR/AED certification required.
