Health and Wellness

Si View Health and Wellness programs offer a variety of year-round fitness classes as well as seasonal wellness courses. Our experienced instructors look forward to helping you reach your personal goals!

Drop-in classes do not require pre-registration. You can pay a drop-in fee for a single visit or purchase a punch pass for multiple visits. Passes are sold for 5 or 10 visits. Passes are sold per instructor and only valid for the classes the specific instructor offers. Punch passes can be purchased online or onsite.

Enrollment classes have limited class sizes and require pre-registration. Enrollment classes do not typically offer a drop-in option. Session length varies; please refer to class description for details. Register early to guarantee a spot.

Please bring a towel
and a water bottle to all fitness programs.

Drop-in Fitness Classes

Pre-registration is not required for drop-in classes. Pay as you go, or contact Si View Administrative Office at (425) 831-1900 to purchase a punch pass.

Punch passes are a convenient option! You can leave the cash at home, and simply check in at the facility. Please note the conditions for pass use that apply for all Si View programs.

  • Punch passes and renewals are sold at Si View Community Center and the administrative office.
  • Passes are only valid for the class it was purchased for and not transferable from class to class.
  • Punch passes are valid for the duration of each activity session. Si View offers three sessions each year: winter January to April, summer May to August, and fall September to December.
  • Passes are not refundable after the session has begun.
  • Passes are intended for use by only by the individual named on the pass and are not transferable.
  • Passes must be active, and have remaining visits left at the time of use. Otherwise a daily drop-in fee will be charged for that day’s visit.

Fitmates Cross Training

Fitmates Cross Training Are you game for a challenge? Come workout with the Fitmates group! We’ll be torching calories, toning muscles and building endurance – all in an energetic group setting with a challenge by choice approach. Come play games, and keep your body guessing with ever-changing circuits and drills. Fitmates will keep you motivated and coming back for more! *No class Nov 26

Belly Dancing
Instructor: Kathy Stuart

Women of all ages, sizes and inclinations are rediscovering and empowering themselves through the ancient, feminine dance practice playfully called “Belly Dancing”. The fluid and graceful movements help to tone and strengthen the back and abdominal muscles while improving posture and self-confidence. This class covers fundamentals as well as choreographing a dance. Dress for comfort. Teens, adults and seniors all are welcome. This is exercise for everyone! *No class Nov 26

This class is meant to help students who are new to Yoga, learn the basics for a solid yoga founda- tion and experienced yogis, an opportunity to practice the Ashtanga fundamentals. Yoga poses are broken down to give you the confidence and skills for alignment, breath work, strength and flexibility. Please bring a yoga mat (yoga block and strap encouraged). *No class Sept 7 or Nov 11

Intro to Zumba
Instructor: Corena Casemy

This is a slower-paced class for those who are new to Zumba or want a low-intensity workout. There will be an opportunity to learn some basic dance moves commonly used in Zumba classes, including Merengue, Salsa and Cumbia. Lots of repetition will be used along with suggested modifications so everyone can get a workout perfect for them. Come join the party! *No Classes Nov 26

Zumba Fitness

We take the “work” out of workout by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check. *No Classes Nov 26

Mixed Fitness

Instructor: Sharon Hockenbury

Dance and Strength Fit is a combo class where one or both classes can be a part of your exercise routine. The first 30 minutes is Dance fit where pop, salsa, reggaeton, and other Zumba style music will be the platform for cardio, sweat and fun. The second 30 minutes is strength training using the body and weights. It is a great class to get all you need for fitness wellness in one hour. Sharon emphasizes making it fun, efficient and doable, offering modifications for all fitness levels. As a bonus to taking this class, you will be given access to dozens of other live online classes through the collaborative platform called “Engage Fitness” including Yoga, meditation, Boxing fit and so much more.

Sharon has been passionate about fitness for decades and believes that the key to aging with grace and strength is fun exercise, maximizing your time for ultimate results. She is a Certified in Zumba, Zumba Gold, TRX and Group Fitness.

Paddle Board Yoga Fitness

Come build your SUP foundation in a warm, calm, safe pool environment before it’s time to go outside on the lake, river, & ocean. We will cover entering & exiting the water safely fundamentals of fitness on a stand up Paddleboard. No SUP experience required. Dress for a HOT yoga class.

Aquatic Exercise Programs

Need to add variety to your workout schedule?

At Si View Pool we offer two types of water exercise programs –Arthritis Therapy & Deep-Water Aerobics. Water exercise increases cardiovascular fitness, strength, flexibility and promotes weight loss and increased health. No swimming ability necessary (if going in deep water you should be comfortable in deep water – deep water students use flotation). Water exercise is a drop in program, pre-registration is not required. Classes can be self-adapted to meet your specific needs. *Gentle Water Exercise & Deep-Water Aerobics only - First class is FREE!

Deep Water Aerobics Classes
Drop In Class

This class is a great cardiovascular workout. A no impact water exercise class, using buoyant and resistant equipment. Emphasis is on strength, range of motion and flexibility. It is a workout that can be adjusted to any participant level. Routines are diverse to hold participant interest.

Gentle Water Exercise
Drop In Class

This class is geared for people with mobility and joint issues, but open to anyone interested in participating. The Gentle Water Exercise Program is designed to help ease the pain associated with joint and mobility issues through stretching, flexibility and warming movements while providing a fun and social opportunity. No swim skills required.

Adult Dance Classes

Line Dance

Come join our growing country dance community in the Snoqualmie Valley! Line dancing is a blast, and you don’t need a partner or any previous experience to participate. We will be learning one new dance each week with time for practice and review. All levels of dance ability are welcome! Cowboy/girl boots are encouraged, but any leather soled shoes will work. Whether you want to wow people on the dance floor or are looking for a fun way to burn some calories, this class is for you! Drop-ins allowed based on daily attendance.

Beginning Ballroom Dancing

Want to learn to dance? For weddings, cruises, taverns/clubs, or parties? Or, heard that learning to dance is good for your body, your brain, and your spirit? Now is your chance. Latin Dance Medley will introduce you to three of the most popular Latin dances, Bachata, Cha Cha Cha, and Salsa. Each week of class will cover a new dance and Week 4 is a culmination of everything. Foxtrot is fun, easy, and can be danced to a wide variety of music. Absolute beginners and experienced dancers are welcome. Our goals are to have fun, learn the basics and a few cool moves in a safe notcritical environment. No partner required, leather soled shoes and casual dress recommended.
