Health and Wellness

Si View Health and Wellness programs offer a variety of year-round fitness classes as well as seasonal wellness courses. Our experienced instructors look forward to helping you reach your personal goals!

Drop-in classes do not require pre-registration. You can pay a drop-in fee for a single visit or purchase a punch pass for multiple visits. Passes are sold for 5 or 10 visits. Passes are sold per instructor and only valid for the classes the specific instructor offers. Punch passes can be purchased online or onsite.

Enrollment classes have limited class sizes and require pre-registration. Enrollment classes do not typically offer a drop-in option. Session length varies; please refer to class description for details. Register early to guarantee a spot.

Please bring a towel
and a water bottle to all fitness programs.

Fitmates Cross Training
Instructor: Minna Rudd

Are you game for a challenge? Come workout with the Fitmates group! We’ll be torching calories, toning muscles and building endurance – all in an energetic group setting with a challenge by choice approach. Come play games, and keep your body guessing with ever-changing circuits and drills. Fitmates will keep you motivated and coming back for more!

Belly Dancing
Instructor: Kathy Stuart

Women of all ages, sizes and inclinations are rediscovering and empowering themselves through the ancient, feminine dance practice playfully called “Belly Dancing”. The fluid and graceful movements help to tone and strengthen the back and abdominal muscles while improving posture and self-confidence. This class covers fundamentals as well as choreographing a dance. Dress for comfort. Teens, adults and seniors all are welcome. This is exercise for everyone!

This class is meant to help students who are new to Yoga, learn the basics for a solid yoga foundation and experienced yogis, an opportunity to practice the Ashtanga fundamentals. Yoga poses are broken down to give you the confidence and skills for alignment, breath work, strength and flexibility. Please bring a yoga mat (yoga block and strap encouraged).

NEW!Mat Pilates
Instructor: Shirlee Hargett

Move easier, feel better! Mat Pilates is designed to increase mobility, flexibility, strength, and total body fitness. We aim to inspire and revitalize movement no matter your ability level. If you are looking to strengthen and tone, bounce back after injury or simply improve your overall mobility/balance Mat Pilates is for you. Please bring your own mat and water bottle.

A challenging and unique workout combining pilates, yoga, and ballet barre. This barre class, geared to all levels and abilities, tones and strengthens as well as increases flexibility throughout your entire body using isotonic movements. Students will need to supply their own yoga mat for each class.

Show tunes, salsa, pop and more! Our new instructor Heather Schriener is excited for her relationship with Si View to provide another great fitness opportunity in the Snoqualmie Valley. Our goal is to move, sweat, and smile! Our fun and interactive class will be tailored to your needs. Come have fun with us while you get into shape!

Paddle Board Yoga Fitness
Instructor: Lindsay Lambert

Outdoor SUP season is right around the corner! Come build your SUP foundation in a warm, calm, safe pool environment before it’s time to go outside on the lake, river, & ocean. We will cover entering & exiting the water safely fundamentals of fitness on a stand up Paddleboard. No SUP experience required. Dress for a HOT yoga class.

Si View Striders

Walking is one of the most accessible forms of exercise with numerous benefits. Join our lunch time walking group as we explore different parks around the community. With fresh air and new friends, this is a program that provides an instant mood boost! This is a FREE program, but please register to receive group schedule updates. We walk rain or shine, dress accordingly.

Adult Dance Classes

Ballroom Dancing - Adults
Instructor: John Gibson

Want to learn to dance? For, weddings, cruises, taverns/clubs or parties? Or, heard that learning to dance is good for your body, your brain and your spirit? Now is your chance. These courses are for absolute beginners as well as for those who want to keep improving. The goals of the class is to have fun, learn the basics, a few cool moves, and get pointers and instruction in a friendly non-critical dance environment. Leather toed shoes and casual dress is encouraged. Classes take place in the Si View Social Room.

Line Dance, Beginning and Intermediate
Instructor: Amanda Johnson

Come join our rapidly growing country dance community in the Snoqualmie Valley! Line dancing is a blast, and you don’t need a partner or any previous experience to participate. We will be learning one new dance each week with time for practice and review. All levels of dance ability are welcome at both sessions, although dances taught at the intermediate class will be slightly more complicated. Cowboy/girl boots are encouraged, but any leather soled shoes will work. Whether you want to wow people on the dance floor or are looking for a fun way to burn some calories, this class is for you!

Adult/Senior Tap
Drop In Class
Instructor: Cristie Coffing

You are never too old to make some noise! Let yourself go in this beginning/intermediate tap class. Learn basic steps and rhythm, traveling steps and shuffles. Wear comfortable clothing and bring your tap shoes.

Join Our High Energy Fitness Class Instructor Team!

We have openings for fitness instructors teaching group format classes that are suitable for all fitness levels. Group fitness instructors are responsible for teaching all scheduled classes, beginning and ending on time, provide adequate warm-up, content and cool down period, prepare appropriate equipment and music for each class, maintain a positive experience for all participants, and help with promotion of classes. Limited equipment is available on site. Group fitness instructor certification preferred, CPR/AED certification required.
