Si View Health and Wellness programs offer a variety of year-round fitness classes as well as seasonal wellness courses. Our experienced instructors look forward to helping you reach your personal goals!
Drop-in classes do not require pre-registration. You can pay a drop-in fee for a single visit or purchase a punch pass for multiple visits. Passes are sold for 5 or 10 visits. Passes are sold per instructor and only valid for the classes the specific instructor offers. Punch passes can be purchased online or onsite.
Enrollment classes have limited class sizes and require pre-registration. Enrollment classes do not typically offer a drop-in option. Session length varies; please refer to class description for details. Register early to guarantee a spot.

Fitmates summer session meets mostly outdoors (weather permitting) torching calories, toning muscles and building endurance – all in an energetic group setting with a challenge by choice approach. Women of all ages, sizes and inclinations are rediscovering and empowering themselves through the ancient, feminine dance practice playfully called “Belly Dancing”. The fluid and graceful movements help to tone and strengthen the back and abdominal muscles while improving posture and self-confidence. This class covers fundamentals as well as choreographing a dance. Dress for comfort. Teens, adults and seniors all are welcome. This is exercise for everyone!
This class is meant to help students who are new to Yoga, learn the basics for a solid yoga foundation and experienced yogis, an opportunity to practice the Ashtanga fundamentals. Yoga poses are broken down to give you the confidence and skills for alignment, breath work, strength and flexibility. Please bring a yoga mat (yoga block and strap encouraged).

Combine Yoga with Stand Up Paddle Boarding!
SUP Yoga classes had a great response in the Spring, and we are excited to offer another opportunity this Fall. These classes take your favorite yoga routines & put them on the water. Both yoga & stand up paddle boarding are great for building better balance, coordination, endurance, and strength! This is an all levels class taught by Lindsay Lambert. The course covers entering and exiting water safely, fundamentals of fitness on a stand up paddleboard, progressions and adding challenge to your routine. No prior yoga or SUP experience is required. Dress for a HOT yoga class. All necessary equipment is provided. Space is limited, preregistration required.
Si View Striders Walking is one of the most accessible forms of exercise with numerous benefits. Join our lunch time walking group as we explore different parks throughout the area. This will be an instant mood boost with fresh air and new friends! Did I mention this is FREE?!? Si View staff will kick off the series with opportunity for a community member to become group leads. Additional days and time may be added based on interest. Please register for Si View Striders to receive walking group updates. This is a rain or shine activity - so dress for the weather!

Si View MPD is excited to bring back a past instructor Kim Morell NTP about Nutrition. The Restart Program is part nutritional education, part sugar detox, part support group forming into an empowering combination. Our instructor Kim Morell has multiple years of teaching this course.

Want to learn to dance? For, weddings, cruises, taverns/clubs or parties? Or, heard that learning to dance is good for your body, your brain and your spirit? Now’s your chance. These courses are for absolute beginners as well as for those who want to keep learning and practicing. The goals for all classes are to have fun, learn some basics and a few cool moves, and get pointers and instruction on partner dancing in a friendly non-critical dance environment. No partner necessary, leather soled shoes recommended, and casual dress suggested. Drop-in option available, $12 per class.
You are never too old to make some noise! Let yourself go in this beginning/intermediate tap class! Learn basic steps and rhythms, traveling time steps and shuffles! Please wear comfortable clothing and bring your tap shoes the first day!
