Fit Kidz
Get the kids off the couch and working out! This FUN conditioning class for girls and boys is designed to increase cardiovascular health as well as tone muscles. It involves fun games and strength training using light weights and exercise bands. Perfect for the kiddo who love sports, as well as the kiddo who doesn’t!

Yoga for Kids
Yoga helps children develop healthy, flexible, strong bodies and clear focused minds. We use physical poses, breathing techniques and relaxation to promote selfconfidence, compassion for others and discipline to be successful in tests, sports and life in general. Bring a non-slip yoga mat, small blanket and wear comfortable clothing.

Yoga Workshop for Families
Yoga is a healthy, holistic practice which the entire family can experience and enjoy together. The benefits of yoga are well known among health care professionals. The physical poses help children build strong bones and encourage proper alignment for muscular balance. Adults benefit from the stress reducing relaxing aspects which bring more flexibility and stability. But there is so much more to be gained. Spending time together in a supportive, non-competitive environment where the focus rests on peace and compassion for oneself and each other provides a core element that mentally and emotionally will support the family.

Karate
Karate is for everyone! Learn self-defense techniques tailored to specific age groups. In our Youth Program, students learn the importance of Black Belt Excellence, a metaphor for demonstrating strong character, both in karate and in life. This program improves concentration, develops confidence and helps students achieve personal excellence. Karate uniform fee ($30) payable to instructor.

Drama for Grades 2-6
Come out and play, create and meet new friends! Drama exercises are a great way to improve: self-esteem, confidence, public speaking skills, teamwork and critical thinking. In a fun and safe environment, students will create skits, learn improv and performance skills and work together in a dramatically different way!

CARTOONIVERISTY Workshop
Join us for a unique opportunity for kids of any skill level to learn all aspects of cartoon drawing from local editorial cartoonist Jeff Johnson. The class emphasizes developing each child’s own style in a positive, encouraging environment. Techniques covered include character development, expressions, action/movement, layout, background, perspective, and much more. All materials will be supplied by the instructor. Bring a sack lunch and a good attitude and join the fun!

Private Guitar Lessons
Private guitar lessons for beginning to advanced students. Learn singing and playing, song writing, technique, music theory, soloing, and reading from an accredited teacher with 20+ years experience. The lessons cover all styles and are offered for all ages of players. Please register though Si View Metro Parks and we will provide the instructor’s contact information to schedule your 1/2 hour timeslot.

Kids Night Out!
Must register by the Wednesday prior. We know how needed these night can be for parents, so why not drop your kids off here at Si View. Take some time for yourself; grab dinner and a movie or just relax at home. We will be cooking, playing games, watching movies, and maybe even taking a dip in the Si View Pool! These will be great night for the children; as well as a nice night away for the parents.

Santa’s Little Helpers
Drop the kids off with us while you go and take care of that last minute holiday shopping! We would be glad to spend the evening with your child doing arts & crafts, playing tons of games, frosting cookies, writing letters to Santa and maybe even taking a dip in the Si View Pool. This is a great opportunity so please take advantage.

Teen Scene
BACK TO SCHOOL Teen Nights!
Middle school & high school students welcome. Come join us for an awesome night of games, Wii, 3 on 3 basketball tournaments, eating contests, and so much more. We will even have a DJ mixing the latest tunes for you to dance to while the other events are going on. PRIZES will be provided, so don’t miss out on this youth only event! Food and energy drinks will be for sale.

After School Friday Early Release Adventures!
When school lets out early on Friday’s come on a wild adventure. Going on trips with a theme requested by youth. September’s theme is water; October’s theme is Gaming; November’s theme is Paintball; December’s theme is random fun! We will meet you at your school, head out to an awesome location, have a great time and return by 6pm. Included is transportation, snack, and activity fee. Bring money for extra food. Sign up by NOON on Monday.

Winter Break Days on the Slopes
Must register by December 17th. Why sit at home during Winter Break, let’s hit the slopes! Lessons and/ or lift tickets must be purchased by participant. Staff will help those who need to rent boards or skis. Bring a sack lunch or additional money to purchase food. *Fee includes transportation only. Inner Tubing
Must register the Friday prior. Join the Si View Teens for a trip to Snoqualmie Pass’s Tubing Center. We will spend the day slidin’ and screamin’ down the mountain. This is a trip for anyone who enjoys heading down a mountain on a tube that you can’t control! *Fee includes equipment, snacks, supervision and transportation. Snow pack depending. Extended care hours available at Gap Camp 8:00-6:00PM, call for more info.

Snoqualmie Valley Youth Council
The SnoValley Youth Council is a youth led and adult supported group of local students who bring forward youth initiatives, projects, and activities for the betterment of the youth in the Snoqualmie Valley. Council members will gain valuable leadership and communication skills that will benefit them through their educational careers, as well as in the work place. Come be a part of the growing group of exceptional individuals. Meetings are held once a month at Mt Si High School.
