Train Depot Rentals

205 McClellan St, North Bend, WA 98045
North Bend Train Depot amenities include a spacious meeting room and restrooms and a small picnic area located on the backside of the building. The depot is a great place for business and community meetings, workshops, training sessions, or even small weddings.
The meeting room offers beautiful woodwork and plenty of natural light. The space can accommodate up to 55 guests. Tables and chairs are available. Meeting area is on two levels separated by a few stairs and a rail, making it ideal for small group projects. The facility is conveniently located in downtown North Bend with easy access from I-90.
North Bend Train Depot is owned by City of North Bend. Si View Metropolitan Park District coordinates facility rentals on behalf of the city.

To reserve this facility for private use, please complete and submit the Facility Request Form. You can submit requests through our online portal:

You can also download a fillable form from the link below. Weekend/non-business day rental requests must be received at least two weeks in advance. Your rental is confirmed after a contract has been signed and any applicable deposits have been paid.
