Welcome to the Si View Metropolitan Park District’s Bid and RFP Information Page. The Si View Metropolitan Park District solicits sealed bids for public works projects over $300,000 . The Small Works process is used for projects under $300,000.

Requests for Proposals (RFP’s) and Requests for Qualifications (RFQ’s) are issued when the District requires professional services that are not available in-house.

Tollgate Farmhouse Exterior Rehabilitation Project

Si View Metropolitan Park District is now accepting proposals on a General Contract for the exterior rehabilitation of the historic Tollgate Farmhouse, including replacement windows, repairing and repainting wood siding and trim, and structural repairs. Sealed bids will be received by Si View Metropolitan Park District, until 2:00 pm, Thursday, June 16th, 2016. The Bids will be received at the Parks Administrative office located at 400 SE ORCHARD DRIVE, North Bend, Washington, 98045.

Note: There was no engineer’s estimate provided with these specifications.

Small Works Roster

The District is part of a consortium of government entities that have pooled their resources and are utilizing one roster amongst themselves. The roster is maintained by the Municipal Research Service Center of Washington (MRSC). Any professional services firm that would like to provide services to the District can submit their firm's information to MRSC.
