Welcome to the Si View Metropolitan Park District’s Bid and RFP Information Page. The Si View Metropolitan Park District solicits sealed bids for public works projects over $300,000 . The Small Works process is used for projects under $300,000.

Requests for Proposals (RFP’s) and Requests for Qualifications (RFQ’s) are issued when the District requires professional services that are not available in-house.

Window Replacement Project

Sealed bids for the COMMUNITY CENTER AND OFFICE ANNEX WINDOW REPLACEMENT project will be received by Si View Metropolitan Park District, until 3:00 pm, Thursday, July 7, 2016. The Bids will be received at the Parks Administrative office located at 400 SE ORCHARD DRIVE North Bend, Washington, 98045. Bids will not be received after this time and date. All bids received will be opened and read Thursday, July 7th, 2016 at 3:05pm. Bidders must submit their bid proposal in accordance with the instruction to bidders.

Project Description: This prevailing wage project is for the purchase and installation of 75 windows in the Historic Si View Community Center and Office Annex buildings.

Obtaining Bid Documents: The Bid Documents and Scope of Work will be available via email at ddembeck@siviewpark.org Please leave your company name, email address, physical address, contact name and phone number. A Bid Packet will be emailed back to you.

Bid Guaranty: All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in certified check, cashier’s check or bid bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal made payable to Si View Metropolitan Park District. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities. The bid bond/check of unsuccessful bidders will be returned immediately upon award of the contract. The successful bidder will be required to provide payment and performance bonds.

Small Works Roster

The District is part of a consortium of government entities that have pooled their resources and are utilizing one roster amongst themselves. The roster is maintained by the Municipal Research Service Center of Washington (MRSC). Any professional services firm that would like to provide services to the District can submit their firm's information to MRSC.
