*NEW CLASS* Tai Chi Beginner 1
This 10-week Lunch Time class explores the slow moving, meditative martial art of Tai Chi. The movements
exercise every part of the body and bring a sense of balance to the mind, body and spirit.
Ages 15+; class meets on Fridays at noon

Shudokai Karate Jutsu
Shudokai Karate Jutsu is a very practical version of Okinawan Karate ideal for self-defense. Easy for all ages to learn! The
instructor, Jim Curtis, has spent 50 years practicing and teaching martial arts.
Ages 7 - adult; class meets on Tuesdays/Thursdays in the evening
