Current Bids and Requests for Proposals/Qualifications

The Si View Metropolitan Park District will list projects for which it is soliciting bids. Contract specifications and plans are available for review and purchase at the Si View MPD Office, 400 SE Orchard Dr, North Bend, WA 98045. The fee is nonrefundable. We accept Visa and Mastercard (transactions in person only), cash, and checks made payable to the ‘Si View MPD.’

Contract specifications and plans will not be mailed. However, upon receipt of the non-refundable fee for the specifications, the documents can be sent by Federal Express or UPS. Requester must provide their Fed-Ex or UPS account number. For questions, please call 425-831-1900

If you are unable to print a copy of any current Request for Proposals/Qualifications or Invitations to Quote, please call 425-831-1900. These documents are free of charge.

Current Invitations to BID (ITB’s)

Project Description:
Site preparation, constructing a new restroom/concessions building, assembling a picnic shelter, play areas, pedestrian plazas, permeable and impermeable walkways, lighting and electrical work, storm drainage facilities, grading, natural turf sports fields and baseball backstop, general park facilities, irrigation, landscape plantings and all items shown on the bid documents.
