Studio Art    NEW CLASS!
 
This is a great class if your child loves art! We will draw cartoon characters, landscapes, portraits and more. Sculpt with clay and other materials. A $10.00 supply fee made payable to the instructor is required the first day of class.

Colored Pencil Basics
 
Learn colored pencil techniques by creating a simple landscape from a photo or picture that you will bring to class. A supplies list will be available at the time of registration so you will know what to bring to the first class.

CARTOONIVERSITY Workshop
 
Join us for a unique opportunity for kids of any skill level to learn all aspects of cartoon drawing from local editorial cartoonist Jeff Johnson. All materials will be supplied by the instructor!
 
Ages 9-14; class meets on Saturday November 15 from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm

Basic Bead Stringing
 
Learn how to lay out your design, string and finish off so you can create your own necklaces and bracelets. Learn basic design elements, crimping and finishing with clamshell bead tips. Supply list available at time of registration. Tools will be available to borrow from the instructor.

Beginning Wire Work
 
You'll learn how to make simple and wrapped loops as well as a hook clasp and an "S" clasp. Supply list available at time of registration. Tools will be available to borrow from the instructor.

Earring Basics
 
Learn to make chandelier, cluster, simple drop, and briolette wrap earrings using simple wrapped loops. Tools will be available to borrow from the instructor.
